Supervision and Support
Supervision is the foundation of what we offer our team of speech-language pathologists and is key to our well-earned reputation. Whether you are a student intern, clinical fellow, or licensed speech therapist with or without school-based experience, we provide unparalleled support by pairing each therapist with a primary supervisor.
Our supervisors have extensive school-based experience and thorough knowledge about a variety of communicative and social disorders. We hold regular supervision meetings and team trainings to maintain consistency and ensure that state and national regulations are not only met, but exceeded. CW supports each speech-language therapist in management of high-profile cases (HPC) as each case is viewed through a legally defensible lens.

For those interested in professional growth, we offer training and mentorship to licensed therapists to become competent supervisors.
