Since I have worked at CW, I feel fully supported by staff when I have questions, concerns, need therapy ideas, or merely an attentive ear. Additionally, CW consists of a model of collaboration; therefore, we are constantly consulting with our colleagues in order to share therapy ideas and materials. This allows for more enriched therapy sessions and overall improvement of service to our clients. Finally, Elizabeth and Hillary are devoted to ensuring that a focus on family support is meticulously maintained in the clinic. As a beginning clinician, I feel that this is one of the most beneficial models that I have had regarding effective ways to build and maintain rapport and communication with families.
