Anne has been a Speech-Language Pathologist for over 20 years, including more than six years of experience supervising graduate student interns, Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and Clinical Fellows (CFs). Her passion for educating others has continued to expand, and for the past five years, she has also delivered services as a telepractitioner, providing services to students in underserved regions of California and beyond. Anne enjoys collaborating with special education teams to ensure effective and high-quality service delivery. She has practiced in public schools, private pediatric clinics, and hospital settings for in/outpatient therapy services, and has provided home health services. Anne worked as a project manager at the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) in Rockville, Maryland, where she gained valuable knowledge about all aspects of the speech-language and hearing profession. She enjoys teaching and mentoring and finds it rewarding to watch colleagues grow in knowledge, skill set, and confidence. Anne obtained received her master’s degree from the University of South Dakota.
